"There are many responsibilities that go with being a mentor here at Homie.  The main of which is to help the mentee fulfil their needs or to achieve their goals as presented in their NDIS plan but to do so in a way with genuine love and care for the clients every need. I used to think my path was set for a typical office job, chasing things that never truly brought me joy. But life had a different plan for me. I stepped into this industry with a desire to make a positive impact on our community, and that intention shines through in every detail at Homie. We're not just about offering support; we're about crafting meaningful connections with each and every mentee. Being in an environment where I can lend a helping hand to others fills me with a happiness I never knew before. It's not just a job; it's a fulfilling way of life that reminds me every day that making a difference is what truly matters."
