Fostering Inclusion and Community Engagement:

Inclusion and community engagement are vital for a fulfilling life. Our mentors actively promote social interactions, community participation, and meaningful relationships. By connecting individuals with their communities, we help them cultivate a sense of belonging and purpose.

Group Activities

Group Bowling Nights

Join us every Tuesday night for an exciting bowling experience that goes beyond the lanes. Our group bowling team is all about camaraderie, friendly competition, and creating lasting memories. Whether you're a bowling enthusiast or new to the game, our inclusive environment welcomes everyone to participate and have a great time.

Group Bowling Nights have stopped for the time being but please contact us if you're interested in an upcoming season!

Cooking School

Upcoming Group Activities

Our commitment to fostering connections extends beyond bowling and cooking. Stay tuned for a variety of upcoming group activities that cater to diverse interests. From art workshops to community outings, we're excited to offer a range of experiences that promote engagement and well-being.

Our Approach

Nurturing Growth, Fostering Connection

Free initial meet and greet

Central to our approach is a person-centered foundation. Our mentors priortize building relationships that go beyond caregiving—they are companions who take the time to listen, understand, and create a safe space for participants.

Goal-Oriented Support Plans

Goal-Oriented Support Plans: We understand that everyone's journey is unique. That's why we craft individualised support plans collaboratively, ensuring that every step taken aligns with the participant's goals.

Building Trust and Connection

We start by building trust from day one. Our mentors focus on the initial rapport-building phase, creating genuine connections that foster mutual trust and comfort. These connections form the basis for impactful support that transcends surface interactions.
