Services
Our priority is you. Everyone has unique interests and aspirations — whatever yours are, we'll support you to turn them into reality.
Our three key services
Mentoring
One-on-one support from a mentor who's a genuine role model — someone who turns up, listens, and helps you work towards your goals at home and out in the community.
Group activities
Regular social groups matched to age and interests — a relaxed way to make friends, try new things and be part of something each week.
STAs
Supported short stays away from home — a change of scenery for participants and a well-earned break for families and carers.
Group activities

Boys group (11–16)
A weekly crew for teenage boys — sport, games and getting out and about with mates their own age.

Adult males group
Pool hall nights, pizza and board games nights and more — a regular catch-up for adult men to unwind and connect.

Girls group (13+)
A relaxed, supportive group for teenage girls and up — social outings, creative sessions and good company.

Dungeons & Dragons group
Dice, characters and campaigns — a welcoming table for new players and seasoned adventurers alike.
How it works
From first hello to reaching your goals
Free meet and greet
No cost, no pressure. We get to know you, you get to know us — and see if we're the right fit.
A plan built around your goals
We sit down with you and your family and map out what you want to work towards, in line with your NDIS plan.
Matched with the right mentor
You're paired with a mentor who shares your interests — the connection matters as much as the support.
Regular sessions
At home and out in the community, with physical activity and healthy habits built in where it makes sense.
Everyone in the loop
We work alongside parents, carers and allied health professionals as one team.
Check in, adjust, keep going
We review what's working and change what isn't, so the support grows with you.
