Level Up: free inclusive sports programs

Run with Puzzles Strength & Conditioning and local clubs during school holidays — breaking barriers and building belonging through sport.

Why free training sessions?

Our values are rooted in inclusivity and community enrichment. Free inclusive training during school holidays is our way of offering tailored support to people living with disability — breaking barriers, fostering belonging, and empowering everyone to excel.

Beyond skill development, these sessions are a vibrant space where camaraderie flourishes. Sport brings people from all backgrounds together on the court — it's more than training, it's community.
